A CHILD’S APPROACH
TO LEARNING
When you take a Kolbe assessment through E3 Academy, you may choose to receive a personal consultation to best interpret your results. You also get access to exclusive, foundational learning principles from Dr. Ramon Corrales in the E3 Wisdom Code.
The E3 Wisdom Code principles teach and manage children according to THEIR WAYS, and is built upon the two pillars of self-esteem: ACCEPTANCE & ACHIEVEMENT. Developed by E3 co-founder Dr. Ramon Corrales*, he was Co-Founder and Board Advisor for E3 Academy, in addition to creating the E3 Wisdom Code. The E3 Wisdom Code is a tool to help guide parents and teachers in their understanding of a child’s unique approach to learning through the three faculties of mind: Thinking, Feeling, and the Will.

SELF-ESTEEM
Children need to feel accepted and have the freedom to achieve in their own way. When children have both of these needs met, self-esteem emerges naturally which is a sign of success.
Referencing the IPOSE Model of high performance, the E3 Wisdom Code identifies the conditions for performing well (achievement) and for creating relationships (acceptance) with children that instill safety and openness to using their talents with confidence.
The IPOSE Model upholds the Achievement Pillar and the Acceptance Pillar. When a child is actively processing an IPOSE situation, you have opportunities to nurture acceptance. And while you are building your relationship with the child, you are simultaneously setting up the conditions for learning achievements. They go together.
To get started, sign up to take a Kolbe assessment. To learn more about the two pillars of self-esteem and how the IPOSE model can help you understand your child’s learning strengths, be sure to reference the E3 Wisdom Code after your assessment. We will equip parents and teachers with a blueprint for bringing out the best in every child.
